Mrs. Karls loves that Brighton is a small school with a strong sense of community. She values the meaningful relationships built with students and families, the focus on individualized instruction, and the close connections that help every child feel supported and known.

In the Classroom

Mrs. Karls teaches 4K and provides student support in early childhood. Her classroom offers a nurturing, engaging environment where young learners are encouraged to explore, grow, and develop a positive foundation for school. The 4K program meets three days per week—Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:25 a.m. to 2:25 p.m.

Her Approach

Mrs. Karls hopes every student who leaves her 4K classroom does so with a genuine love of learning and excitement for what lies ahead. She is passionate about creating positive early experiences that help children feel confident, curious and ready to grow.
